Chicago’s Karl Seigfried is recognized for his work in two completely different worlds. He’s a double-bassist of the first magnitude; writing, performing and recording with both Jazz bands and classical orchestras. He’s also one of the country’s most respected researchers and lecturers on Norse mythology. His Norse Mythology Blog has won the top spot in the international Weblog Awards three years in a row.
