Actress brought extra attention actress Ann B. Davis

Earlier this week, we learned about the death of Ann B. Davis. Davis is beloved by millions as Alice, the often-kooky-sometimes-wise housekeeper on The Brady Bunch. Back in 1992 Chicago’s Annoyance Theatre opened The Real Live Brady Bunch, where audiences would watch entire Brady Bunch episodes acted out word for word, scene for scene. The cast included Andy Richter and Jane Lynch as Mike and Carol Brady, and the show became a phenomenon, playing in New York and L.A. Mari Weiss was hailed for her role as Alice.
