Are police protests the right tactic?

Saturday’s police shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown in suburban St. Louis provoked a series of retaliation efforts from community members, and even sparked a social media movement. Some members of the African-American community are questioning the actions of police, and seeking solutions for what they say is an act of injustice. We talk with Martin Davis, community organizer and author of the book, Are We There Yet? The Ultimate Challenge, on whether rioting is the most effective way to get gain traction on a movement.
