Former U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan says Chicago’s struggle with gun violence is personal. As CEO of Chicago Public Schools Duncan had to visit many parents of students who were shot dead. After his stint in the White House he returned to his hometown to tackle that issue. He’s teamed up with a non-profit to focus on bringing more jobs to young men in the city, to steer them away from guns. We talk to Duncan about the program, and of course, the election results.
