One of the most popular methods in recent years has involved cutting the carbs and doing high intensity interval workouts. A new book called Eat Bacon Don’t Jog incorporates both of those philosophies in a pithy, irreverent style by Northern California bicycle shop owner and author Grant Petersen. Although you can find his cheeky book on Urban Outfitters tables everywhere, he swears it's a serious plan that has put the 60 year old in the best shape of his life. Grant Petersen explains.
