Biking Bad: Love, theft and bicycles

There's plenty of bike-related news these days. According to a recent report, your bike is more likely to be stolen if you use a cable lock than if you use no lock at all. And fines in the city just went up for reckless cyclists, as well as dangerous drivers. Plus, work on the Navy Pier Flyover is in full swing, and "Bike the Drive" happens this weekend. Ron Burke from Active Transportation Alliance and Kevin Conway from the Chicago Stolen Bike Registry stop by to fill it all in. Photo: Flickr/kate at yr own risk
