To find out, WBEZ reporters Dave McKinney and Tony Arnold sent a questionnaire to all four candidates vying for the governor’s seat. The questions largely focused on city and state finances and taxes, to better understand which side the candidates fell on issues like a graduated income tax, property taxes, and even expanding casino gambling in the state. Morning Shift breaks down what they found out.
