Budget address reactions

In his first budget address as Illinois Governor Wednesday, Bruce Rauner announced plans to cut substantial funding for Medicaid, higher education and mass transportation. He also proposed lowering the amount of benefits for many state employee pension plans. While the governor insists these cuts come at a "now or never time" for the state, we want to know how this proposed budget really shapes up to affect Illinois residents. Joining us with reactions on these topics and more are Dan Cronin, Chairman of the DuPage County Board and Frankfort Mayor Jim Holland.(Flickr/Ervins Strauhmanis)
