Cardinal George announced recently that his cancer battle will prevent him from traveling to Rome for next week’s canonizations of Pope John XXIII and Pope John Paul II. He’s also asked the Church to search for his successor. The Cardinal was at the pulpit Easter Sunday to say mass for churchgoers at Holy Name Cathedral.
