Central American refugees increasing in Waukegan schools

Evidence of the Central American refugee crisis has been seen this summer in the Waukegan Public School district, where new-student enrollment of immigrant children from Honduras has gone up from 31 students last year to 77 through the last week of July for the 2014-15 school year.
