The U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions is working on a bi-partisan bill to reauthorize the Elementary and Secondary Education Act — most recently known as No Child Left Behind. The law expired at the end of last year and a new version could shift how public schools operate going forward.
