Cheryl Raye Stout talks to folks close to our hometown Hall of Famers
Winning election to the Baseball Hall of Fame is one of the toughest things in sports. This weekend, three men with ties to Chicago’s teams will be entering the Hall: Former White Sox slugger Frank Thomas, former Cubs pitcher Greg Maddux and former White Sox Manager Tony LaRussa. In anticipation of the induction ceremony in Cooperstown, New York, WBEZ sports contributor Cheryl Raye Stout talks with some of the people who know them best.
