At least 74 people were shot in Chicago over the weekend — 12 of them fatally — in one of the most violent weekends of the year.

The spike in gun violence comes just days after community organizers marched up Lake Shore Drive to Wrigley Field to raise awareness for gun violence on the South and West sides.
