Chicago Public Health Commissioner testifies on mental health clinic closures

When a meeting with City Council’s Committee on Health and Environmental Protection was re-scheduled last month, members of the group Mental Health Movement said the 2012 mental health clinic closures have forced those who need help off the grid, and into a frustrating limbo waiting to see doctors.
