Chicago's first food truck hits the streets

The Salsa Truck is scheduled to hit the streets on Tuesday. The mobile eatery is the first cook-on-board truck to hit the streets since the Chicago City Council passed the ordinance to allow food trucks. Dan Salls of The Salsa Truck checks in while he sets up shop. Chicago Tribune’s Monica Eng and WBEZ’s Louisa Chu have the latest stories from the food front, including classifying Greek yogurt as a protein alternative.
