The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning on Thursday is delivering a decisive vote about the future of the proposed Illiana expressway, which would connect Will Co., Illinois, to Lake Co., Indiana. The Illinois Dept. of Transportation is pushing the project, and IDOT Secretary Ann Schneider reacts to the vote.
