After Congress just squeaked in a bill to end the government shutdown and avoid defaulting on the debt, lawmakers are returning to their districts to answer questions about their role in the stalled negotiations. And some are gearing up for a tough re-election fight. Will the inaction affect them at the polls? Congressman Rodney Davis of the 13th District tells us what he’s hearing from his constituents.
