President Obama said “This is becoming the norm, and we take it for granted in ways that, as a parent, are terrifying to me.” But Congress remains stalled on gun control measures. Congresswoman Robin Kelly represents a district that’s been plagued by gun violence. She explains what legislation she’s introduced to address the issue.
