Cook County Forest Preserves unveil master plan for restoration

We’ve all seen him. That jogger wearing nothing but running shorts as soon as it gets above 36 degrees. The rest of us might wait a bit longer to strip down, but we’re still dying to get out of the house and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. Arnold Randall, the General Superintendent of the Cook County Forest Preserves joins us to talk about the plan. (Flickr/nathanmac87)
