The introduction of CountyCare will create some changes for the 2015 budget. That’s the state’s new Medicaid program that will reimburse previously unpaid expenses. The new budget predicts an uptick in revenue from the program. This and other changes will be outlined Thursday by Cook County President Toni Preckwinkle in her annual budget address. She gives us a preview of any changes we can expect to see in the coming year.
