CPS Day One 2013

On Monday, more than 400,000 Chicago Public Schools students are set to file into the classroom for the first day of the school year. Thousands of those students will be at new schools because the Board of Education made the decision to close their schools earlier this year. We check in with WBEZ reporters stationed at schools throughout the city to learn how the first day is unfolding for students, parents and teachers. Photo: Flickr/GlennFleishman
