CTA gives Ventra another push

The new Ventra system is getting a more aggressive push from the CTA. Monday was the last day that CTA/Pace riders were able to add funds to pre-existing Chicago Cards, and transit stored value cards are no longer available. Over the next six months, the transit agency plans to go exclusively Ventra. How are riders responding to the changes, and what lingering questions exist? CTA answers some of those questions.
