The Chicago Cubs go in front of the Commission on Chicago Landmarks to lay out new plans for the stadium. The team is hoping to add new billboard signs in the outfield and other changes to the vicinity. Neighbors are crying foul on what they say are constant requests for changes. Alderman Tom Tunney voiced opposition of the changes also. We talk with Julian Green of the Chicago Cubs and Jim Spencer from East Lakeview about what fans and neighbors would see at Wrigley if the plan goes forward.
