Daniel Knox premieres music from his upcoming album
Knox creates music that can be described as equal parts wondrous, weird, wacky, sweet, funny, melancholy and unnerving. It’s a music that evokes everything from Weimar-era cabaret to Lou Reed. Like if you gave William S. Burroughs a piano and said “go to it”. His new, self-titled album comes out next month, and he’s joining Morning Shift as part of a trio to play some selections before heading out on the road.
