Delayed jobs report released post shutdown

The government shutdown forced census and labor bureau employees to postpone gathering the necessary data to generate the September jobs report. Now some analysts say the report is incomplete because it won't include the effects of the shutdown on the nation’s economy. So how important is the September report and what can we expect to see?
