Do free condoms deter teen pregnancy?

Chicago Public Schools and the city’s health department are expanding a program that provides condoms for high school students. Twenty-four schools will make the contraceptive free for students. The campaign is an effort to combat sexually-transmitted diseases and teen pregnancy. We talk with Bill Albert from the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy about the effectiveness of condom distribution on pregnancy, and also discuss how young people talk with their peers about sex.
