Doctor says E-cigarettes' dangers unclear

A Chicago ordinance now bans electronic cigarettes from indoor use. Smokers trying to kick the habit swear this alternative is easing their transition, but some public health officials and politicians claim e-cigarettes target young children and are unhealthy.
