Documentary lays out small town’s struggles by following local basketball team
As the nation continues to struggle through economic depression and American manufacturing seems all but extinct, some of the hardest-hit places are rural, rust-belt communities. The new documentary Medora chronicles a small town in southern Indiana as it the struggles to survive and keep its pride and identity intact. Director Davy Rothbart and former Medora Hornets player Dylan McSoley join us for a conversation on the movie and the issues it explores.
