Every spring, young women in high schools across the country start their prom prep: hair, makeup, shoes, jewelry,  dress. Some may spend weeks finding the right dress; others may get custom duds. They know where the good boutiques are, and what color flatters their skin tone.

But enough attention has been given to the ladies’ prom experience. What about the guys? Cory Busse was tired of looking on his Facebook newsfeed only to see the prom photos of young men who had either been misguided—or not guided at all—in their fashion options for the most important formal event of their high school career. He joins Morning Shift to share the ‘Do’s and Don’ts’ to rock prom, and to take a look at how prom fashion has changed since the powder blue suits and the ruffled shirts.
