Eats to celebrate Mardi Gras

Tuesday marks the last day of indulgence before Ash Wednesday kicks off the season of Lent. It’s a day of revelry, and also the last day to satisfy your cravings before kicking off 46 days of abstinence. Religion aside, for most people Mardi Gras immediately conjures up images of Bourbon Street, beads and New Orleans.
