Estonian band brings their psych sounds to Chicago
Tartu, Estonia, might not immediately come to mind when considering where to find the latest sounds in pop, rock, jazz and beyond. But the second largest city in that former Soviet bloc country has enough material that its hosts an annual music festival. One of the bands from Tartu is in Chicago as part of small U.S. tour. The eight member Tartu Popi ja Roki Instituut stops by Morning Shift to play its brand of psych-orch pop.
