Dorrell Creightney was a photographer in Chicago that made his name in the advertising world but his passion was photography. For decades he was able to capture the motion and emotion of some of the best-known American musicians on stage. Dorrell passed in 2011 but left an archive of creative work for his family to unearth and rediscover. That work is now on display in an exhibition at The Silver Room. Darrell Creightney’s daughter, Vanessa Stokes, details her father’s work. Photo Courtesy of Facebook
