Chicago has a lot of festivals, but none that highlight modern Filipino food and culture. But that changes this Sunday with the launch of Kultura Filipino Food and Arts fest in Logan Square. Food journalist SarahLynn Pablo and chef Christine Subido join us to talk about the new festival.
