Governor Quinn on Tuesday announced Bobbie Gregg as his choice to head the Dept. of Children and Family Services. She became interim director in February after Arthur Bishop resigned. Bishop had been embroiled in controversy after revelations that he pleaded guilty to misusing funds, and that he was involved in a past paternity case. Rep. Greg Harris, chairman of the Illinois House Appropriations-Human Service Committee, has been calling for changes at the agency. He tells us what he thinks of this latest move.
