In 2010 the American Society of Civil Engineers gave Illinois an overall grade of D+ regarding its infrastructure. The ASCE releases Illinois’ latest grade and we’ll find out if Illinois has improved in the four years since receiving its last infrastructure report card. Darren Olson, the Report Card Chair of the Illinois Section of the ASCE, breaks down the state’s improvements and failings.
