How many schools does Chicago need?

Several public charter schools want to relocate and some of their proposals are drumming up a lot of controversy. Principals, parents, and aldermen from the north side showed up at a public hearing Thursday at Chicago Public Schools headquarters to oppose a new high school that wants to relocate to a building at Irving Park road and Lakeshore drive.
