The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning’s policy committee meets Thursday for the decisive vote on the future of the Illiana expressway, the east-west highway connecting Will Co., Illinois, to Lake Co., Indiana. WBEZ Northwest Indiana reporter Michael Puente will be at the meeting but first he shares some voices from both sides of the debate.
