From higher income and property taxes to frigid winters and quality of life issues, all are thorns in the sides of some Illinois residents who said they’ve had enough and left. You’d think most moved to a warmer climate, right? No. According to a recently released study, the number one place Illinoisans chose to start anew in 2012 was Indiana.
