Indiana Governor Mike Pence’s first State of the State address struck an optimistic note, but wasn’t without criticism. His colleagues in the Republican Party took issue with his calls to cut the state’s income tax, while Democrats wanted more dollars funneled to education. The state’s stats for business beat Illinois’ but could proposed gambling expansion here infringe on some of that revenue? We talk to Gov. Pence about his outlook for Indiana.
