The man charged with keeping an eye on Chicago's City Council members says his office will run out of money Friday. Faisal Khan heads the office of the Legislative Inspector General and he's been at war with aldermen ever since he took the post. He sued to get the city to provide him with a budget of two-hundred thousand dollars this year and one and a half million dollars next year. Khan's not drawing a paycheck currently and has turned to Facebook to solicit donations from the public to keep the office running. Andy Shaw, Executive Director of the Better Government Association, joins us with his thoughts on this twist.
