Kim Foxx Urges Survivors Of R. Kelly Abuse To Come Forward

Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx is urging survivors of sexual assault or domestic violence related to the R. Kelly allegations to come forward.

Foxx said she would like to open an investigation into the R&B singer, but that she needs witnesses to cooperate with her office.
