Latino Unity Day kicks off in Springfield

Groups from across the state head to the Capitol Wednesday to share ideas on how to create policy that addresses the needs of the Latino community. Latino Unity Day is organized by the Latino Family Commission, a state appointed group working directly with Governor Quinn and legislators to work on programs and policy.
