A group of law professors, including one from Northwestern University, has written a letter in protest of a proposed amendment to the Farm Bill. They argue the Protect Interstate Commerce Act threatens food safety and would ultimately be declared unconstitutional. NU Law Professor Kristen Stilt was one of the signers and she has more details.
