When a person takes a blow to the head hard enough to hit the brain against the skull, they’ve officially received a traumatic brain injury. TBI can strike anyone at any time. Filmmaker LG Taylor and Dr. Theresa Pape teamed up for a series of mini-documentaries about these injuries. They join us to explain the short and long-term effects and the current economic and humanitarian issues facing people with TBI. If you’re interested in Dr. Pape’s research or would like to find out if you or someone you know is eligible to participate in her research studies, that number is 708-202-3114.
