Twenty years ago three friends jotted down some names of bands on a napkin in a Chicago bar. That exercise spawned Chicago’s Bloodshot Records-one of the most respected indie labels in- if not the country-certainly Chicago. The label holds a musical celebration bash Saturday night at Metro.
