Voter fraud, long lines at the polls and the inclusion of technology in the democratic process have forced calls for change to the election process. In 2013, President Obama formed the Presidential Commission on Election Administration to find solutions to these and other problems voters face. That commission submitted their report of recommendations to President Obama last January.
