Two months after tornadoes tore through and destroyed much of Washington, Illinois, Mayor Gary Manier has been invited to attend President Obama’s State of the Union Address. The invitation comes just a few weeks after Washington was denied any federal aid from FEMA. We check-in with the mayor to hear about his reaction to the invitation and Washington’s rebuilding process.
