This weekend caps a month of Pride-related celebrations. The annual Pride Parade brings together the LGBT community, allies, politicians, and partiers and revelers to N. Halsted St., in the Heart of Boystown. But how is Pride celebrated on S. Halsted and other parts of the city’s South Side? An event aims to create a safe and comfortable space in the Hyde Park to dance, congregate and share stories. Slo ‘Mo dance party is that place. We talk with co-founders.
