Morning Shift - June 3, 2015

A series of reductions in state services is the latest move in a back-and-forth over the Illinois budget. On Tuesday, Governor Bruce Rauner announced that he'll begin to cut state services and spending. Those include suspending business tax incentive offers, calling off the Illiana Tollway project, and increasing the co-pays for low-income families. The governor's office says it's responsible budget management. We hear from WBEZ's Tony Arnold with the latest. Also, a look how the Stanley Cup seeking Chicago Blackhawks affect the city's economy.
