An increasing number of companies in Chicago, and across the nation, are hiring workplace chaplains. They’ll chat with workers, check in to see how they’re doing, and stop to pray if an employee wishes. McIntosh was shot and killed by a Chicago Police Officer last fall in the North Lawndale neighborhood. (Flickr/ButterflySha)
